I have purchased MOTO G 2 Mobile from Online retailer M/s. Flipkart. My Invoice No. is OD002415261227227700. I have received the hand set. As i used it two days i come to know that the handset having problem in Volume button and batter back up issue. I have complaint to M/s. Flipkart. they have contacted me and sent me a link for downloading an app in my mobile handset. i have installed the same app. I continuously contacted and complaint on date 8/04/2015, 15/04/2015, 16/04/2015, 18/04/2015, 21/04/2015, 22/04/2015 & 23/04/2015. but till date my issue is not sorted out. I cant use the phone with volume button issue. please please help me.
