I am using Videocon satellite LCD and the remote needs a replacement. I have made many calls to the call center and they promised me that I will get the new remote in 24 hours, After multiple attempts I have even spoken to the supervisor however the problem is still not solved, I was told to pay 225 for the new remote to which I agreed. Without the remote the service is worthless as I cannot switch to another channel without using the buttons on the LCD.
