problem is nopt being resolved from customer care after activation of an unwanted plan

Location/place: bangalore(karnataka)

Name of company/service: tata docomo

I got a message from company about an internet plan and message was as follows,
“Get 250mb data free on the recharge of Rs.26 with validity of 15 days.”
but when i recharged my number by Rs.26 some std pack got activated..and when i called to customer care, they just told that there is no such pack,when i asked them..”then how did this message reached me”..later they told that they will transfer my call to some other department..and putted me on hold for 10-15 minuts but i did not get any response..i called up them again two more times..but same thing was repeated..finally they put my call on hold by telling that they are transferind my call to some other departemnt..but after waiting so long either the call get automatically disconnected or i have to disconnect the call.
