problem in withdrawing term deposit account after sad demise of my husband because he didnt mentioned the name of nominee

Dear Sir Good Day,
I am having an pension account in Naval Base Visakhapatnam. My husband late Uday Shanker Indraman Singh passed away in the month of October 2011.He was having a time deposit account account no 30999118672/ receipt no TD CS/30 0531395 OF RS 600000 matured amount 643308 Rs matured on 22/2/2011 and again refixed for a year

These TD was not having nominee mentioned in that and if you see there is no place for the nominee neither the bank employees have asked to do so.

Even though of all the legal formalities has been completed in the month of Feburary 2012 dated 29/02/2012 and was submitted to the bank manager Naval Base Visakhapatnam and the manger promised me that the amount will be remitted to me within a week span.

Inspite of calling the manager various times he is always telling that it will be cleared within few days. My son who is having an NRE account in your bank mailed him several times regarding the money . We have logged a complaint in your customer care deputy manager Mr Sridhar than I received a call from the manager SBI Naval Base that he required a original copy of the legal heir although the original has been given to him but he told that the Xerox copy is enough. After 3 ½ months of submission of the claim.I want to know that why this sort of delay is occurring in remmitance of my amount and why the manager is giving false identity.All the mails that i have mailed to the general manager of SBI are their with me as a proof .I am in acute need of the fund for my daughters marriage.
I hope this should be the last mail from my side regarding the remmitance of my amount here after I will be moving on for legal procedures.
