Problem in idea number

I had port my number 9717226461 from airtel to idea postpaid.At the time they were giving me connection they promised me alot of facilities.Now i’m facing too much problem because outgoing of my number is locked again and again.There is no one to help me.I called customer care they didn’t give any positive response.They said we don’t know what to do,solve your problem at your own end.No one called me to solve my problem.Please assure me help as soon as possible.
