I am Mr. Sanjay Chougule From Solapur city in maharashtra. Recently I have bought “Honda Amaze” car Exmt model from Crystal Honda Pune through Sub dealer Car Care Motors Solapur.
As before first free servicing on 25th. of may 2013 we have traveled to Dapoli City (Konkan area 400 kms from my city) by this car. During this travel I have found error in engine. i.e. After change of each gear engine accelerate itself to much and car takes speed without accelerate. on top gears it runs upto 70-80 km/hrs speed. Due to this problem we have need to touch and press break paddle each and every time unnecessarily. By pressing break paddle break drums started to became too hot by smelling too. So we have need to take break of one hour each and after every 100 kms running.
We called to toll free number for this query. Toll free number’s assistance was unable to provide me Road Side Assistance service because he has not found any details of my car on his online record. Then we called to customer care centre, But I have not get any response from c.c. centre. Then we called to Crystal Honda pune Rep. Mr. Vinod on his cell # 9158893910. After too many calls he attended us. He told that there is no Road side assistance service to be provided to me and asked to send car by toughing or by train or by transport. I was unable for this. Then Mr. Satish Janorkar cell # 9158883311 G.M. of servicing dept. told me that he is sending to me toughing van at Dapoli city to carry car to servicing center pune, but not provide us service vehicle to come to me to may city back.
By this process I suffered too much irritation and trouble. I became very unhappy by this car and dealer too. I am not satisfied about this entire service and also not getting Road Side Assistance service from Honda Company.
Honda Company is one of the reputed company in world, Hence I had purchased this car and by dealer or any matter I am getting disappointed.
