Problem in HD Recorder with Poor customer service

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH

This is disgusting.
If u have a three year baby, who spend her 18 hours at home with mother. Then u understand how much is difficult to stay without TV for last 8 days.
How much I disappointed to get Airtel DTH. Only I know.
I am registering a complain in consumer forum.

Subject: Problem in HD Recorder

I have a problem in my HD Recorder Box from Thursday 02/08/2012. I registered a complain on day 1(21511723) and day 2(21541518).
Then after they came and told that your HD Box had to replace and it’ll change till Sunday 10 am.
But till today they tell me that not a single HD Box available at Gurgaon, and not confirming date to resolve the issue.
Tell me what should I do and why should I pay daily payment from 02/08/2012 ?
