Problem in connect to network

Name of company/service: Reliance netconnect+

Sir/madam,

I am logging this complaint after having phonic conversation with reliance.I am facing problem while connecting to internet with my Reliance netconnect+ data card.I took a unlimited plan of 800 rupees having 5GB data on high speed and later having speed of 144 kbps whilch
is valid till 12/01/2013 but as my 5GB data get over i am not able to connect.
I am facing this problem from 29 dec,2012. I called reliance customer care 6 times in hope of getting solution of my problem but they give different excuse on every call.
Today after 7 days i am tired of calling them again and again. I have paid till 12 jan, 2013 and i am not able to use it then what is the use of taking unlimited plan.

Please help me regarding this issue.
