Dear Sir,
My User id Is 1107193403 my service has being stop for not paying Bill period 25jan to 26 Feb and advance bill 26Feb to 25March amount 2100 Rs. I have not received you Physical bill nor I have received Email notification. I have charged one month in advance for the services which I have yet to avail. My service are stop immediately on bill date without any intimation which is wrong .Last month also the issues was same i had called customer service to change my plan 999 to 549 . I was told that pay the bill and we will change your plan on immediately basis ,hence I paid my bill but this time I am getting I have charge my 1 month advance bill and that to my service are stop this when I called customer service they are saying that its advance bill because I have delayed billed last time,I Requested to please restart my service I will pay my actual one month Bill on the spot and also change my plan to 549 but MR Manish sr Supervise refuse to do so .He told me to pay two month bill and then only my service will be active and plan also change to 549.I am expecting that what is the assurance that you will do all this but they don’t have any answer.
