Problem in 3G Dongal SIM

Name of company/service: Airtel

I have bought Airtel dongal with Sim no.9816331317 from Gagan Trading company ( Autorised dealer of Airtel) at Parwanoo on 22.06.2012. The SIM run effectively with no major problem till 15.06.2012.From that onward trouble starts. The SIM in stoped for verification.
However i have given verification on 18.06.2012. After that SIM runs for one day with less speed. and then SIM stopped completely . If inserted in mobile it give message of Inactive SIM.
1`. ihave not get any info neither a call from Airtel that SIM is blocked for verification as SIM always remains in Dongal.
2. When i have given verification on 18.06.2012 at 198 they clear (OK ) the verification.

3. When SIM stopped i contacted Airtel on 121 and they give me my complaint no.as 6 2 0 9 0 3 6 2 1 and said that i will recieve call from their side.
4. I receive call on 21.06.2012 at around 2:15pm when i was in office.The person on otherside tell that he will call me later at 6:30pm.
Till then i have not recieved any call from Airtel.
5. I had also email to 121 and nodal officer Ruhi Dehloo but no response is given.

Please give me response asap and active my SIM.
