Problem in My Airtel No.

Dear Sir/ Madam

I want to inform you I was used a COCP ( Corporate connection). and the number is use 9557992233, but now my Company Senior says me my Number change in Personal ID, so i went to Airtel office 07/05/2014. ( THE CELL PHONE POINT – 5A, BOMBAY PLAZA, 105, CIVIL LINES, BAREILLY (U.P.) with original Id and company Latter head And stamp with application requesting for changing my number in prepaid. after submitting form and ID photo copy i got a sim 8991971311407487824. after 48 hrs i have call 117 for activate my sim. so customer care told me my information is wrong and contact the local Airtel office after some time i called 117 and again rplied me my information is wrong. and my sim has been BLOCKED now. So i went to local Airtel Office 12/05/2014 ( The Cell phone Point ) and i told her about this matter, after checking my no. on PACKS so my number no. was not showing on Packs, and my address and ID information is correct . so please i m requesting to you give me information about this matter.
