I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAD WON A PRIZE IN THE OFFER PERIOD OF this diwali bond with sony.
i had called sony customer division(08588865815,,08588865816) and speak with Pratibaha nanda,i had said that the invoice was not in my name as the product purchased was for gift( a sony digital camera) and i had my voter id which was issued in Delhi.
its was on 24.01.2013,she told me that as the voter id card was not in my current residential address i can give my address details in my company’s letter head and regarding the invoice name she will revert back with the clarification after speaking with her managers,,
BUT ALL IN VAIN,,from that day till today i had not received any call from them ,neither i am getting there number,as sometime its being switched off or sometime its not being picked up.
please let me know being a loyal customer of such a established brand whats my fault that i would not get the prize,
