This is regarding our travel (group of 6) from Chennai to Madurai. PNR: MMTPKUS68666994, Tkt: TE9F86438288, Travels: Madurai Meenakshi Travels It has been the worst bus journey by far. We have booked the tickets from your esteemed site and have had too many problems that affected us physically and mentally. We have paid fully and reported on right time. Firstly, we were asked to take another travels “KP Travels” as MM Travels bus had a breakdown, which we don’t believe. On the way one of us had tumbled over the kacha road and had leg and knee injuries. Secondly, we were given the back row seats which dint have push backs nor foot rests.The bus was not of the standards what we had booked. There were no bedsheets given in a AC/Volvo bus. Elderly people amongst us had severe problems over the journey and some fell sick. There were mosquitoes in the bus. Thirdly, at Tambaram, more than 14-15 people were taken in the bus (@400rs per head) and were made to sit in the aisle, which is a very greedy act and of great discomfort. The bus did not reach at the right time. When asked why are we given such seats, the bus management was very rude and were told that this is the only option we have, else may get down. It is with great regret I say that redbus has been very disappointing this time, as I am a very frequent and responsible traveler. I would request you to seriously look into this matter. I want to claim my refund possible, as it would be a lesson to the MM travels.
