Dear Sir/Madam,

I have ordered Printer Model No Epson L200 from you. You have send the printer on 20th June 2012 at 5pm. On that day people came and opened the seal and tried to install the software at my home. Mr.Anil and Mr.vamsi tried for 4hrs to install the printer but failed. At last your technicians said there was a problem with the scanner. so will send another technician tomorrow and we will solve the problem. I agreed and gave Rs.5,000/- to them rest of Rs.3,800/- after proper installation.

Whole conversation has been with Reshma garu so many times (Icon Tele Systems)on Mobile No +918099909920. Again on 21st i called so many to Reshma garu then she had sent a technician at 2.00pm That person told they are the icon tele system people not service people. even icon tele system didn’t call us yesterday (service people). He tried to repair scanner more than 3hrs. He too failed. He told there is a problem in the printer. Then i realized and told to Reshma garu to please change the printer.but she told again she will send another person to repair the printer. I have objected because. As a customer i wish to have new piece not problematic piece. They didn’t replied properly i called so may times. Without my notice she send another person yesterday night I am at office meeting and kept my phone in silent mode. After meeting i realized i got call from unknown person(+918101164485). I called. he told he is new technician and he was on the way to my home to repair the printer. I told him to wait and i called Reshma garu. She told they brought a new printer for you in case if it doesn’t work. Ok i agreed. Then called the technician who is on the way to my home whether he is having new printer with him. He told we won’t give you new printer but you have to adjust with the problematic printer. Till now people came to your house are not well trained technician. I told him to wait for 10 minutes since i am outside. After coming home immediately (5 minutes) i called him but he didn’t pick up the phone. Even reshma garu didn’t pick up. Last technician told that problem is with your system not with our printer without coming to my home or seen my computer. I have recorded all conversation first and second technician didn’t told that problem is with your system only third technician told without seeing the system. why this
people(icon Tele system) are torching, harnessing me like this and giving me lot of pain. I just ordered of Epson L2000 expect that i didn’t do anything. After all this thing i had lost trust on Epson and Icon Tele System. Since 20th i was troubled and struggled psychical and mentally with you. So i don’t want to take new from you. So please take back your printer and return my money within 24 hours if not i will take legal action on you (Epson and Icon Tele System) I lost my peace of mind please let me be peaceful.
