I had contacted Prime Overseas to help me in getting SCHENGEN Visa. I paid 5k to Sunil(Prime Overseas) and 5k to Abdul(their agent). They took 1 month and did not get the visa done. Abdul then returned my passport and 5k to me.
But Sunil is not repaying it back to me. I tried calling and chatting with him multiple times where he did accept that he would return me my money but since that day he does not respond and hasn’t yet transferred my money.
Please help.

Prime overseas has accepted that it was an issue due to some communication problem and has been sorted out.

Still in talks with Prime Overseas to get things done and waiting for an affirmative response.

They are still delaying the payment process with no affirmative response.

The problem still remains the same. They are shamelessly playing with customer’s feelings, not paying back and not even acknowledging their mistake and lack of accountability. Please beware of this company: Prime Overseas.
