Price of gold to be paid to retailer

Dear Sir,
As you are aware that gold prices are based on international market and the same varies from place to place. If you are purchasing gold ornament at Ranchi then we can see the 22 or 24 karot rate on following website http://www.indiagoldrate.com/gold-rate-in-ranchi.htm but when we go to any shop we find that some more amount is added on the rate of gold quality plus we have to pay making charges(varies from shop to shop). May i request you to please clarify the issue or what should we pay to retailer.
