Prepaid Recharge not done

Location/place: Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: Airtel

Hi,
I am Anupam Dwivedi – one prepaid mobile customer of Airtel.
Let me give you history of the matter. I am using Airtel prepaid mobile connection (MOB.: 9958904855). I have made a payment of Rs. 500/- to recharge my prepaid mobile account on 31-May-2012 through my ICICI Bank Net Banking facility but my prepaid account has not got recharged. I raised the query to your customer care number 9810198101 and they have given me assurance to look into the matter and given a ticket number (i.e.CONRC30531505536 on 31-May-2012) then I again raised another query to give my transaction number of my payment (i.e. CANRC20531542995 on 31-May-2012) then till 04-Jun-2012 there was no update from Airtel about my concern.
On 04-Jun-2012, I have raised another ticket to remind Airtel about my concern (i.e. CONRC30604490700 on 04-Jun-2012) and in return I have got the SMS on 05-Jun-2012 that I am request is under process and Airtel will revert with status at the earliest. But after this no action has been taken and no communication has been done.
After having no communication from Airtel, I have emailed your customer care department on [email protected] and informed them about my problem. In response I came to know that all my above mentioned ticket has been closed due to insufficient details. This deficiency has never been communicated to me and very unprofessionally tickets have been closed without giving any resolution to the problem. Which is for service industry is disaster and failure of overall customer care process.
Now, your customer care executive is asking for my Bank statements in PDF format from the date I did the transaction to till date. Here I would like to inform that, my bank statement has lots of confidential information which could get miss used so I have shared with them a excel export of transaction of my account above said date range but now your customer care department is not agreeing it and my problem remains as it is.
