Prepaid number not activated and over charged

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Airtel prepaid mobile

Hi,

I was chrged Rs 100 at airtel relationship center cunningham road bangalore for a dupicate SIM where as the customer care says the charge is Rs 49.
airtel relationship cunningham road said it wil b active in 4 hrs.But as usual its not.when complaining at ct care 121 they say sorry call this number call that number.Cant a consumer ever be given a service without calling 10 times or without visiting the center minimum 5 times?
i hope this is a forum where grievances are heard and worked upon and not just like another airtel ct service centre which is horrendous.
