Prepaid 3G connection not working: No response from company

I have taken a 3g internet plan of tata docomo with 2 gb data. After few days the conection stop working as there is no data left. When I approach your docomo outlet they said that there is 711 mb data left and ask me to show my device so that they can confirm it.I have shown the device and they found that there is some error from company side and loged the complaint for that. Now after 4 days when I call your toll free no for status the answer come as it will be resolved by 15.11.2012 ,9.00 pm.

I have again contacted the docomo person at outlet, on toll free on 16.11.2012 but no one is ready to listen the complaint of mine. When I have asked them please let me know the concern person to whom I should contact, then they reply that we don’t know.I think that I have mistaken by chosing tata docomo. I am unable to use the 3g plan since 10 days and they are saying that they won’t be able to tell when the complaint will be solved.

I have suffered a lot as I can’t concentrate on other activity as I am busy in following with the company and I am unable to connect to any one because the net is not working. As the data is left in my plan I am also unable to switch to another plan. I have incured lots of expenses as I have to travel several times to the company outlet for status enquiry.
