Pre paid phone connection disconnected after converting it to post paid by cheating.

this was a pre paid connection and I wanted to make it GSM.
I went to Laxmi communication Reliance web world express G-11/3
Haus KHAS for assistance. Seema talked to me phone no :8471009932, 32062525
She guided me to make it post paid and then only they can make it for
GSM connection. And converted my connection to post paid. And they
disconnected my phone no by saying that I havent paid payment for some unknown no,
and they are asking me to pay rs 8000(eight thousand) then only they will open my no.
now I am having an alternate no 9871755594. I request to take my case and pl help me
to get my old no as this was my no I used for my small business. Reliance should also
pay for the loss in my business.
