i booked a 2BHK flat in Mahima-Panorma Real state Jaipur under Furnished scheme.I was told that Mahima will bear all the Pre EMI till the possesion.
Now Mahima has issued me a possesion letter in the monthof May 2012 for the unfurnished flat and saying me to pay Pre EMI onwords.But the furnishing work is still going on and i have not taken the possesion.
this a cheating with the customer.i spoke with the Mahima representatives but all are in vain,no response as usual.
pls teach a lesson to these cheaters.
