I had personally booked 3 tickets on Thursday i.e. on 08-8-2013 for chennai express show on sunday i.e 11-08-2013 @ 6.20 pm. On Sunday through telephone I requested for postponement of the same to Tuesday i.e. 13-08-2013 @ 6.20pm, my request was accepted and a reference number was given i.e. 19955 and I was asked to collect the ticket before one hour before the show starts. Today I had been there to collect the tickets and they refused to give me the tickets giving some vague answers and they said that the procedure for postponement which I followed was incorrect. What is procedure and all what will I know?? And the person whom I had called he should clear me regarding the procedure but he didn’t and thus I have suffered this loss. Its totally the fault of that person who misguided me regarding postponement, so why should I suffer loss for the fault of other person. Therefore I request you to either refund me the amount or give me the tickets.
