Postpaid to prepaid migration

Name of company/service: Vodafone

my number is 970014020, i have visited the shah ali banda store on 12 june 13 with all relevant documents & filled the post to prepaid migration form the turn around time has been give by store people is 3 working days on 12th June i paid rs 55/- & they had given a new sim & apart from this i made a payment of rs 600/- on 10th June but the tat is been over & now today(26th June) till now i have visited the store more than 5 times but no proper response & services has been provided by the service provider & store has not given any complaint no & unable to tell the status also & even not checking the transaction’s now disconnect this no ,
apart from this now approaching the consumer forum for making trouble to customer by not providing the services.
