Hi, this Airtel is checking my patience… I gave the documents on 6th Of August to swap my sim from postpaid to prepaid…. But the bloody agents dont even know that I have submitted the documents. I have been waiting for 5 days now. I think they are taking time so that my postpaid bill will increase…. If Airtel dont have money then please feel free to take from me….. But at least dont do like this. I’m fed up now… I want to make a very big complaint regarding this.
