I am using a postpaid mobile connection( mobile no 9555935560) from 2012, and always pay bill at time, but in last month I was out from my home location and was not able to pay June bill at billing date. But after two days from last date of billing I paid by net banking and called to customer care to adjust my late payment amount i.e. Rs 100 and customer care executive assured me that she has adjusted my late fee amount. I was relaxed and went out of station for some work with my same and only postpaid connection, I saw that reliance has barred all my calls on 14.08.2014. Even I was not able to call customer care. I took phone of a gentleman and asked to customer care and they replied because of overdue of 100 ruppes your connection is suspended. First you pay then only your connection will be revived. All my important calls were barred and had to face inconvenience in a strange city. There was not my fault because customer care assured me to adjust the amount but she showed lazyness and didn’t it. I has credit limit of rs 1000 inspite of it they closed my connection. I request you make liable to reliance telecom to compensate for the inconvienence I faced and kindly send the feedback of the action taken by honourable court in this regard on my email Id .
