postpaid auto deductions in JIO

I still see that extra money-the rebate of rs 12 is being deducted from my bank account/even from other people too even though bill is paid in time,
” jio has billing schedule of date from 6th to 5th and if bill paid by 12th then rebate of 12rs will be there. other wise by 24th that extra 12rs will be paid.”

I asked JIO to cancel the auto clearance from my bank account for bill pay.
but they refused that they cannot cancel the auto pay. ive to always pay with late fee. on 2 occasion when I complained they adjusted in the future bill. but not always.
this seems quite mischievous on part of JIO.

Kindly help to resolve as soon as possible.
