Post paid to prepaid migration pending

Name of company/service: vodafone

I have requested to convert my post paid number 9160003480 to prepaid on 12 Jan 2012.

The same is not yet done.

I have called to customer care multiple times. Visited vodafone store (gachibowli, hyderabad) for four times. I have even called and escalated to Nodal officer. Still no actions.

Every time they give me a stupid response to wait for 24hr and the same will be activated.

I have asked multiple times the reason because of which this is pending. I didn’t get any answer for this.

My number was not working from 12 Jan and Its very annoying not have my mobile number not working.

While raising request I have cleared all the due as instructed by vodafone store guy.
