Name of company/service: Airtel
a outsourced tele caller from airtel called me rigorously for postpaid conversion and charged 300 rupees for it, even after submitting all required documents, they didnt bother for 2 weeks.
i visited customer care office they gave me 2 numbers of team lead and manager, neither of them are receiving calls. bunch of fraud employees .
didnt get my refund yet.
