I got my airtel connection changed from pre-paid to post-paid last month on 16th march 2012.

My last month bill is as per below:-

Even before the bill got generated on 27th April 2012, i was forced to make a payment of Rs 17,454.0 by Mr.Kishor (Airtel Executive)on 26th April 2012.

Also my outgoing calls was barred from 21st April and GPRS services from 20 th April 2012.

No clarity given as how much data or call has been made by me for which i am being charged.As Airtel does not provide information about the 2G data usuage by customer b4 bill generation.
