I have got the POS machine for payment through cards from PayUmoney; however, it has got some issue after a while therefore, returned it back to PayU. As per PayU, they have transferred their POS services to MSwipe team. I contacted Mswipe team about the status and looking for POS machine to be returned back to me after repair. It’s been more than 40 days, Mswipe guys are just fooling around and not responding well. Any technical fault should not take that much time to be identified. I am not receiving any communication from them. I really need my money back.
