Hi,
I had requested for porting, to move from Vodafone subscriber to Airtel.
Unfortunately, At the time of filling the form I gave an Old UPC number and the porting was rejected.
Now I got a message from Vodafone to contact Customer Care. I called customer care, they asked me to visit vodafone store. I visited there and they had what to do next.
I called Airtel customer care and they also have no idea what to do next. They had taken Rs. 250 as security deposit and they can’t tell me how can they refund it back.
The process of porting is very slow and no one has actually idea about the whole process. I am now thinking better to stay with vodefone rather than roaming around store to store but again I loose money that I paid to airtel.
Is there any one to help me out ?
