Hello everyone,
www.portamart.in is a fake online shopping store. I purchased a product and they charged my amount but my order did not placed. I checked status then it was showing confirmed and shipped. When i tried to call them their customer care number. They did not picked my call i tried 4 days to call them but no response on the mail and call. So please do not purchase anything from there. They are motherfuckers.

I Purchased A mobile battery with express delivery of within 2 days & i had done the payment via debit card but it had been 10 days they didn’t delivered my battery yet. Please do not buy any items from Portamart as this is a fraud company. I had p[laced an order for Swipe Elite Flip cover on the 13th of Oct.2015 on “Express Delivery” basis.However, I received the items after 12 days and the items delivered did not have a slot for camera and hearing. When I contacted their customer help desk they claimed that I had ordered a Universal Flip Cover and hence the product is as per order and no replacement will be done.!!!
This is cheating as all Flip Covers for smart phones have slot for camera and hearing of have a fold-able back cover for taking pictures.
Please avoid getting trapped by this fraudulent company.. -

Hi I booked a xolo 1x black flip cover on date13.12.2015 on portamart . My Order no. Is 126767. Online payment was confirmed on same day.However, it is still not dispatched, but order is showing confirmed. Even there is no option to replace order or refund the money. No response from customer care no. and no reply to my mail. I am very much dissatisfied with your services. Pl take immediate action against my complaint. Regards
