port out request rejected by airtel

I m using a postpaid airtel no 9716424101 which is covered under a corporate plan. I switched to someother company last year and my current company reimburse only vodafone postpaid numbers. I have decided to port out my number from airtel to vodafone but airtel rejected my porting code which is AD932697 by saying that there is contractual obligation. I have left that company a year back and that company has releived me from all of its responsibilities then the contractual obligation, on the basis of which airtel has rejected my port out request, automatically gets void.

I request airtel to allow me to port from airtel to vodafone.
