Dear mam,
Today i shocked when i knew that my complained is closed by your company without giving solution at my end.
So now what can i expect from you???????
I have called many times to ahmedabad call center and Bombay HQ. But output is zero. I have sent many email to you and your HQ but output is zero.
I have complained on 21st april and today is 24th may. 1 month and 3 days but no solution.
How many days do you wish to suffer me more?
I have used only 6 days and refrigerator failed.
From many days i have sent my refrigerator to your warehouse. So put it at there and give me back my money.Now i dont want whirlpool refrigerator.I have already sent my refrigerator to whirlpool so could help me from where i can take my money back?
If you wish to cut my 6 days uses of new refrigerator then you cut but i want remaining money from whirlpool.
So please help and cooperate with me and tell process or policy how can i get my money back. So i can purchase other company refrigerator.

Good Evening mam,
After 25 days of complain, i havent got any solution at my end.
Your service is the poorest in India.If some one asked about your service rating, then i will not give positive or zero but i will give negative rating of your services.
Now i understand today why people prefer LG’s refrigerator than whirlpool refrigerator.
If you continue provide this type of service then definitely your selling will be down.
I think you dont understand this type of request or this type of e-mail. You are habited to go with legal process.
I recommend you to change the top level management staff before your selling go down.
I wait up to 25 days after my complain but no solution so tomorrow i am going to consumer complaint online and uses this conversation as my proof.

As per our telephonic conversation, i am sending my refrigerator Bill. Please attached bill find here.
You better know that i am continuesly contacting you from 21st April even if you have not solved problem at my end. i am suffering from last 15 days. I know your service is very bad even if i will wait up to Thursday (09.05.13).
If you are unable to replacement of my refrigerator up to next Thursday then i will not have any option without go to consumer court.
Other detail of refrigerator i have given in previous mail or you can find below also.
I am very serious about this issue and this is my last conversation with whirlpool.
So i kindly request you to co operate with me and replaced it before or on next Thursday.

Once again thank you for sending your service engineer.But the problem hasnt solved it.
Service engineer told that the winding resistance of compressor has opened. And it is very serious matter because just i have purchased it and problem hasnt solved it.
because of very serious matter i request to replace refrigerator and give a new one.

Purchase Date : 12.04.13
I have complained on 21st April about it and service engineer visited 2 times i.e 26 & 29th April even if no solution.

i kindly request to come with same specification of new refrigerator with you and go with this one ( Sr No. INA 131205424).
At least i can expect that you cooperate with me now and come with new one.
