i took a connection 1 year before from tata indicom adn surenderd it on feb 2011 ,with a final disconnection receipt and a hard copy also..but today on 13th june i got a legal notice from tata indicom for not paying my previous bill…i have told them that i have already surrenderd the connection and i have the proof with 2 witness..1st witness is tata indicom local distributer and the 2nd witness is the employee of itself tata indicom ..but still they are continusly calling and pressuring me(mental harassment) for submitting the pending amount…
i want a legal way or process to dissolve this matter..
