The courier service promise to deliver the parcel withing 3 working days but even after 5 days parcel not reached to the destination. And when I tried to inquire about it with there customer care. They said they dont know any thing about it. and their behavior was very pathetic and they dont know how to talk with the customer. I dont know have any clue how to trace my documents which are sent through this courier services. Please help me with the authentic way for the same.
