POOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY BLACKBERRY EXPERT CENTER JANAKPURI

This complaint is in regard to my Blackberry that I had given in at the Janakpuri, Blackberry Expert Center on the 27th July 2013. Its been more than a month now, and I have no status update of my handheld. Initially, no automatic job sheet could be prepared, so a manual job sheet was issued to me.

Very poor services are being offered from their end. I’ve been to the center thrice in the last month, and everytime I pay a visit, I get the same response, that’s its under process. The manager, Mr. Umesh (+91-8826729888 – This was the number given to me), is always unreachable, numbers provided by the center always go unresponsive. This is the worst service I’ve ever received, from Blackberry and HCL.

Earlier, 4-5 months back, I faced problems in my Mobile Device, and that time also it took them close to 25 days, and I only had to take all the follow ups.

I will really appreciate if something can be done, and that too at the earliest. I’ve been using blackberry for the past 5 years, and I’ve always been told, that if the device cant be repaired it’ll be Replaced, no questions asked. But this is something not at all expected from Blackberry and HCL.
