It’s been like 3-4 months since I took Internet connection from Tikona. While enquiring about the services before taking the connection, they assured me that no inconvenience or problems will occur after taking the connection. After getting the connection, I faced no problem for a month. But after that I’ve been experiencing a regular inconvenience in the network connection. It’s like a permanent problem with the network. I complained about it a thousand times on their customer support but no one took interest in my complains. Everyday the network goes off for hours. They just assure me that my problems will be solved but it’s just a temporary solution. I get tons of messages and calls as a reminder to pay my bill, everyday. They have the highest billing rates on the area and the worst services. I hope my problem will be heard.
