Poor services from Airtel

Dear Mr. Vishu

We are sorry to state that your services are really bad and far below expectations .
We took this airtel number primary for internet purpose. The modem provided by your company stopped working 6 months back. When we complained your technician told us that modem is faulty and need to be replace.
We asked him to replace the modem , we were ready to pay the modem charges as it was out of warranty but he informed us that Airtel do not sell modem and you need to buy modem from local market.
When we got modem from local market & the engineer tried to configure the same for Airtel , in spite of numerous calls to your support centre they were not ready to provide details which were necessary for installation of said modem. Finally we had to give up and go ahead with MTNL modem on our MTNL line.
We also requested to cancel the number but there was no response for the same. Finally we decided to stop payment for the services which were never delivered in last six months.
After approx.20days to one month of non payment the said line was disconnected. It is surprising that you are asking for payment of the disconnected line. Then there were numerous calls for pending payment , every time we expressed that the system is faulty so please repair the system and take payment , however there was no response.
Finally we had to complain on your website.
Our experience with Airtel is so pathetic that we request you to kindly cancel our connection with immediate effect.
