I have very bad experience with MTS. I purchased MTSHOMESPOT dongle (No. 8459921040) from MTS marketing employee Puneet (9136070376). This connection was activated on 01-04-2015. Since the very first day I am facing the problem of very poor speed (50 kbps to 170 kbps). I lodged complaints APR/818, APR/5026 & APR/7744. I spoke to various customer care executives and the sales guy regarding my problem almost daily. The funniest part of MTS is that they close the complaints of their own without resolving it.
Even cash receipt towards purchase of dongle is not given to me despite regular calling Puneet on 9136070376.
My complaints are closed even when I have clearly written on the service report that the issue is not resolved. Anyone can vouch by seeing the service report.
I request for solution to my complaint and refund of my money.
