Poor Services by Voltas Area Manager OmTyagi

Location/place: Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: Voltas

I bought a water dispenser of Voltas on 11th April from a local dealer for my office. It is under 1 year warranty. In about a month its tap started leaking for which I logged a complaint on 21st May 2013. The company claims to provide services in 24 hours. However till date my issue is unsolved. I have call many times in their call center. I have even contacted their Area Manager Om Tyagi.But all in vain.
