Poor Services

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Whirlphool

I had purchased Microwave(MW-25BG) in Jan 2012, From Nov touch pad stopped working, i complained many times regarding this issue and without any solution complain resolved. I don’t know how Whirlphool provide services, as of my experience it’s services are very poor.Approx 1 month passed still i didn’t get any solution.
