poor service,fake plan

sir i got my new reliance gsm postpaid connection last monday(12/04/2015),this is my 7 year old number and corporate connection also.i check my mail or whatsapp and everything by this number.i select a plan of Rs.350.
according to the company in this plan,i’ll get 1000 min free local call,1GB 3G internet,after that unlimited 2G data, and 100 local sms.
Calling Facility is ok.bt I can’t surf the net.i don’t get the 3G speed even the 2G speed also.only the 3g sign was available in my phone.bt from 16/4/2015 i can’t even connect with the Internet service.So I called the Customer Care service.bt they are not helping me properly.even i talked with their floor head.he also neglect my complain and told me that this problem can be run for a long time.every one is facing this problem so why not you?
even i told them to take a complain . they reject my request.
So i tell them when my bill will be prepared,cut my net pack value as they can’t give me the service,they also reject this complain and tell me it is your plan you have to carry that,wheather you can use the Internet or Not.
So my Humble request to you please look after this matter,and take some steps that they can give me proper service or reduce my bill.
