With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel that i was given request to airtel to make postpaid connection to prepare connection on 10/04/2016 at retailoutlets they give me new sim and ask for identy proof after than they block my all the service for 50 hrs. Several time i visited to outlets but neither my service resumed nor they replay me properly after they call me your id proof copy is not readable thats why pl reproduce the other id and after 48 hrs. Service stated. So i was cancel to that request . And ask him to start service they changed sim and sim was locked by the company. Once again they ask id proof and photo after submitting them they talled that service resume in next 48 hrs.after 88 hrs. Service started without sms service so once again i complain about that they answered that this service resume after 72hrs.still i have ni service of sms . Why they happy to torture me.
