I ported my idea postpaid number to Vodafone postpaid, on 16 th March 2015 porting done successfully from idea side but Vodafone sim was not working because Vodafone store (Girgaon Mumbai) guy has given me wrong sim my number was not working for whole day. After one day 19 March 2015 Vodafone again deactivated my number without prior notice, I again visited to Vodafone store( Mira road) on 19 th March by 6 o’clock in the evening and Vodafone store person told me that your number will be active again in 2 hours. But that not happen till time as I have only one mobile number all my work get affected because of this my number is not working from last 12 hours and till date I didn’t got any solution from Vodafone. I think I have done a big mistake by porting in my number in Vodafone.
With out giving any prior notice they disconnec my number.
