Very Poor Service of Service Center and Company

Hi,
I have purchased Micromax A121 Elenza smartphone in June 22nd, 2014 from Flipkart (Order No. OD40622012699). But after two month on 21st August 2014 my phone switch off and never switch on again. I called customer care they provide me the service centre address, M/s The Delight Services, Plot No. 34, Metro Pillar No. 232, Near Shadipur Metro Station, New Delhi-08
My phone’s IMEI number is: 911367150814128 and ESN No. 911367150914126. I submitted my phone at service centre on 22nd August 2014 (Jobsheet No. N030760-0814-11662017). They told me that I will get my phone back after 15 days (but on Jobsheet there is no coloum for Delivery date). I go to service center after 15 days for checking the status. They told me that the handset is in company it will take 2-3 days more. The provide me phone nos 9718160222, 01125704202. After that I am calling them continuously. None of them is responding. No-one is picking up the calls. I also complaint on [email protected] complaint No. MMX0609140127 but no response.
I called customer support and they are telling that it will take one more week, 15 days and so on. I am feeling so pissed off. They are making just excuses and doing nothing. I don’t know where my new phone in service center or in the company. Would you please sort out my problem? I want my money refund. My work is suffering a lot because I used to made calls 100 times a day & I am not getting any positive response. I need help. I am wasting my money & time to making calls. My work is suffering a lot.
