I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Y mobile phone from www.timtara.com on June 9th 2012. The expected delivery time was 10-15 days. I have still not got the product. When i called customer service they are giving me run around stating now you will have to deal with out back office we can’t do anything about this. their back office never contacted me and they have not given me any details by which i can contact them.
They don’t give cash on delivery option and i have paid already.
If i cancel the order then the credit card company will cost me money and timtara will take 10 days which is again a trouble for me.
I need my product asap. please help.
