i had sony ericsson e16i which got touch screen problem. i submitted my phone to adtya enterprises patna on 18 july 2012. my work order number is:se31286012126. at the the time of submitting they said that it will be repaired within 10 days. but after 10 days also i didn’t get my phone. i also complained the company about this. my complain no. is:ses127008437. after this a senior representative called me and said that the particular part is not availabe but they will repair my phone by 8th of august 2012. after this date also i didn’t get my phone. its more than 20 days and they haven’t repaired my phone and the respone from the service center and senior representatives is also very bad. its my humble request to please take some action against this.
