Poor service of AC

Location/place: 63,Bank Colony,Mithapur Road ,Near Prince palace , Jalandhar City , Punjab

Name of company/service: Panasonic AC

Dear sir,

I have purchased samsung split AC Model No CU-YC18NKY-1 with bill no 286 dated 13/05/12 from shalimar Marketing shakti Tower , Near BMC Chowk Jalandhar City punnjab.
I have two complaints

1) I have registered a call for first free service at shalimar marketing the service engineer arrived on 06/05/2013 and he refused to do the wet service of outdoor unit he told that these free services are dry service and we don’t open the outdoor unit for cleaning.but in manual and warranty form i have not found any of these conditions.

2) The service technician was very fool kind of person when he cleans the panel of indoor unit he scratched all over the front panel. now it’s look very dirty with scratches on front panel.

When i contacted to shalimar marketing the guy named Rahul who attended my call told me that Mr Amit who is incharge is busy . I waited his call three hours but he didn’t respond to my call.

Now i want action against these complaints and i want to replace that scratched panel replaced by free of cost.

I have contacted Panasonic customer care by mail Three times but they could not resolve my issue
