Poor Service & negligence in service

Name of company/service: Rohan Motors Limited

With due respect, I want to register a complaint against Rohan Motors, F-9/1, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road New Delhi-110044 that, I have a Maruti 800 Car gifted by my relative, having registration is UP-64F 0438. I feel some problem in my vehicle in shockers and Wheel alignment & balancing since one month. So, that I visited Rohan Motors, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate New Delhi on 03rd May 2012 at 10.30 AM approx.
Mr. Harvinder Singh (Advisor) attend me and asked me for delivery of vehicle on same day at 04.00 PM approx. Mr. Singh call me on phone on 03/05/2012 at 04.30 and told me that company has not available shockers in stock. So please come again for shockers replacement. The Rohan Motors only change Engine oil, whippier etc and after washing delivered my Car on 04/05/2012 at 02.00 PM approx.
At the time of delivery we found that Bonnet opener and Dickey on Daish Board has been broken negligently by mechanic at the time of service/washing.
After Servicing we remain found bubbling in Steering at the time of driving.
I prevent for Engine De-carbonize work again and again to Mr. Singh by personnel and phone call but Engine De-carbonize charge included in Bill provided by Rohan Motors.
Rohan Motors also provide me Bill of Rs 7797/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Seven only) which is huge amount. He provide me invoice along with footnote that “Shockers and Break shoe need change, which not available in store”
Therefore I request to you please provide me appropriate remedies and obliged me.
